Beer and Nutrients
Beer is typically a low strength, fermented alcoholic beverage. It is made from a common pallet of ingredients, rooted in nature. The four most common are: water, malted cereals, hops and yeast. These ingredients lead to the presence of a variety of valuable nutrients, vitamins and minerals in beer whilst alcohol is created by yeast fermenting the carbohydrates in the malted cereals.
